An American CLT combines an affordable housing project with managing gardens and allotments - you may find it interesting.
http://www.troygardens.net/ > I don't know of any UK CLTs that specifically manage parks, except Letchworth Garden City, the whole city is in community ownership (there may be others). But this was set up in the 19th century. Hope this helpsRegards, Jennifer
